THIS PRIVACY POLICY HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH EFFECT FROM 25 May 2018.

This Privacy Policy) explains how ENVILAB-EKO Norbert Dąbrowski (“ENVILAB-EKO Norbert Dąbrowski”) handles personal data provided to us via websites, mobile sites, mobile applications and other digital services and products controlled by ENVILAB-EKO Norbert Dąbrowski, which contain links to this Privacy Policy (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “ENVILAB-EKO Norbert Dąbrowski Sites”). ENVILAB-EKO Norbert Dąbrowski is the administrator of personal data responsible for processing them in accordance with applicable law.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the ENVILAB-EKO Norbert Dąbrowski Websites, which do not contain a link to this Privacy Policy, or to third-party websites to which the ENVILAB-EKO Norbert Dąbrowski Websites lead.

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of ENVILAB-EKO Norbert Dąbrowski services, which are posted on the website www.envilab-eko.com.

ENVILAB-EKO cares for the security of the shared personal data of Website users, in particular against access by unauthorized persons. When running the Website, ENVILAB-EKO uses technical measures aimed at the best protection of personal data collected by ENVILAB-EKO against unauthorized access or use by unauthorized persons.

ENVILAB-EKO attaches particular importance to protecting the privacy of Website users and with due diligence selects and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection, security and confidentiality of the processed personal data of Website users and other persons, in particular against their loss, misuse and modification.

By using the Website, the Website user accepts the privacy policy and cookies described in this document.

ENVILAB-EKO protects personal data against their processing in violation of applicable law and exercises constant control over the data processing process, allowing only persons authorized to process personal data to process personal data.

   • first name and last name
   • adres e-mail
   • numer telefonu

   • collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing inconsistent with these purposes;

4. Personal data provided in the inquiry will be processed in order to answer the Website user’s inquiry  – the basis is the legitimate interest of the administrator – art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to provide an answer.
6. Personal data will not be transferred outside the EEA.
7. The data will be stored until the inquiry is answered and until the correspondence regarding the submitted inquiry is completed.

   • rectification of personal data;
   • restrictions on the processing of personal data;
   • object to processing,
   • deletion of personal data;
   • data portability;
   • lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority.

1. The administrator performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:
   • through information entered voluntarily in the form,
   • by collecting “cookies”
2. Upon the first visit to the website www.envilab-eko.com  the user is informed about the use of cookies and the Administrator asks for consent to the processing of personal data contained in cookies.

If the user does not agree to cookies, these files will not be processed.

ENVILAB-EKO reserves the right to change the privacy policy of the Website, which may be caused by the development of Internet technology, possible changes in the law on the protection of personal data and the development of the Website.
